Position Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling Transperra’s suite of products and partnership solutions to:
• Employers looking for affordable, transparent healthcare solutions
• Employee benefits brokers seeking competitive compensation and value-added offerings
• Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) interested in white-label or integrated solutions
The ideal candidate is consultative, results-oriented, and skilled at building trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders in the healthcare benefits ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Strategy
• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with employers, brokers, and TPAs.
• Build and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments to position Transperra solutions effectively.
Partner Engagement
• Establish and nurture relationships with TPAs and broker partners to expand Transperra’s market reach.
• Lead negotiations of business terms for broker resale agreements and white-label partnerships.
• Present tailored proposals and ROI analyses demonstrating Transperra’s value.
Product & Solution Expertise
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on Transperra’s offerings — including pharmacy advocacy, transparent pricing tools, navigation platforms, bundled solution capabilities, self and level-funded product offerings
• Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations (virtual and in-person).
Sales Operations & Reporting
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM records.
• Prepare weekly/monthly pipeline and deal status reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to refine lead generation and follow-up processes.
Client Success & Retention
• Work with implementation and account management teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Support ongoing client engagement to drive renewals, expansions, and referrals.
Qualifications - Required
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience; healthcare, benefits, or SaaS sales strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience selling to employers, brokers, or TPAs.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain complex healthcare cost-savings solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Understanding of employer health benefits landscape, including TPAs and self-funded plans.
• Experience with consultative sales methodologies.
• Familiarity with self and level-funded plans, or care navigation platforms.
