Sales Enablement Data Analyst
Location: Hybrid/Remote

In this role, you will support RFNOW’s sales activities through data-based efforts, from market analysis to list creation to analysis.
General Responsibilities:
- Support sales team by creating prospect lists for RFNOW sales channels: Door to Door channel, outbound call centre, inbound call centre, online and email campaigns
- Ensure lists are pulled to requirements, including geographic, demographic, product, and financial criteria. Work closely with teams to understand and propose new/alternate criteria to improve list accuracy
- Develop a standard format for sending lists to sales channels and work closely with Channel Partners to ensure they are received seamlessly
- Develop a process to receive return files from Channel Partners and integrate responses, data, and insights into RFNOW environment
- Reconcile invoice statements from Channel Partners with RFNOW records to ensure proper payment for services, and highlight discrepancies for resolution
- Continuously look for ways to improve GIS mapping, in relation to lists for Channel Partners and market penetration analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or College degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with GIS mapping
- Telecom industry experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally, strong organization, project management skills, and creativity are essential
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines, work independently and in a team setting, set and achieve goals, and effectively communicate complex ideas
- Grit, determination, and resilience … prepared to travel the “100 miles of hard road” in building a new, early-stage business
- Confidence in presenting their ideas and perspectives
- Must be “self-propelled” in terms of developing a set of tactical imperatives and taking charge to drive those priorities
- Experience working with private equity would be a plus
- Growth mindset and working in environments of change (and leading this)
