Are you ready to fuel your career with a company that's leading the way in petroleum and EV services? D&H United Fueling Solutions, Inc., is looking for an experienced, growth-focused Sales Director in the Texas Market.
This is a Remote based role but candidates must be located in one of these metroplexes – Dallas-Ft Worth, Houston, San Antonio for business purposes.
What You’ll Do:
Our Sales team is responsible for growing market territories through both new client acquisition as well as increasing existing account relationships. We are looking for an experienced sales director who is self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable managing a remote sales team. You will be asked to grow our petroleum and automotive sales teams across multiple D&H United markets.
Here's a glimpse into some of your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Client Relationships: Building strong relationships with customers is critical to our success. You'll communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring seamless coordination and teamwork in our delivery to our clientele. You’ll interact with new & existing customers modeling our D&H Core Values in each interaction.
- Maintaining/Growing an Active Pipeline: You’ll have the responsibility to deliver against attainable business development goals, utilizing our Salesforce CRM, leveraging provided leads, and your own abilities as a hunter to develop accounts (commercial & municipal). A strong desire (along with excellent time management and organizational skills) to win is imperative for the successful person in this role.
- Revenue & Profit Growth: You’ll have the responsibility to deliver/exceed monthly revenue targets, with an unlimited commission potential based upon your success.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Proven sales leadership experience (10 years preferred), with a focus on project based selling.
- Experience managing a team of 8+ direct reports in outside markets.
- Previous experience selling fueling/EV equipment, installation projects, and servicing agreements
- Experience – forecasting, development of account and region-based sales plans, performance management, and project management
- An unwavering desire to win
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as displaying a high degree of detailed business development planning. Prior experience utilizing a CRM is strongly preferred
- Proven business acumen related to understanding customer needs, strong negotiating skills, and a mindset to improve the work of our clientele.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally (30-50%) and work out of town including overnight stays; amount of travel will vary based upon client needs. Likewise, flexibility in work hours is required
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding, including drug test and background check. (required)
