Job Summary:

We are looking for driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our dynamic team and spearhead our business-to-business sales initiatives as we lead the golf customization industry. We're seeking individuals with infectious energy, a penchant for thriving in fast-paced environments, and a knack for metrics.

As an SDR, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential clients, primarily focusing on custom logo and promotional merchandise sales. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter adept at identifying key decision makers, nurturing relationships, and seizing opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

·         Prospect Engagement and Lead Generation:

o    Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.

o    Serve as the initial point of contact for new business prospects, determining the best next steps.

o    Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Account Executives.

·         Sales Support and Collaboration:

o    Collaborate with the Sales Team to drive revenue and pipeline growth, including setting qualified connections for Account Executives.

o    Meet sales revenue and referral revenue targets.

·         Multichannel Communication Management:

o    Multitask across phone, email, chat, and CRM platforms for effective prospect engagement.

·         CRM Management:

o    Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM systems.

·         Quota Achievement:

o    Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.

·         Industry Knowledge and Awareness:

o    Stay up to date on new products within the company and golf industry to facilitate informed conversations and sales efforts.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

·         1-2 years of relevant professional experience.

·         Demonstrated drive for achievement while contributing to organizational success.

·         In-depth knowledge of golf, golf products and brand awareness.

·         Skilled in conducting outreach activities like cold calling and emailing.

·         Proficient in time management and organization.

·         Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

·         Full-time, base plus commission first year earning expectation of $55,000+.

o    Concept is 30k base with an expected 25k+ in commissions.
