Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Mount Juliet, TN. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team through coordination of sales-related activities. Daily tasks include managing sales operations, maintaining customer records, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring effective communication within the sales department. The Sales Coordinator will also assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
