Erdman Construction is looking to add 2-3 individuals to our team of sales representatives to join our team and assist homeowners with their sales, estimates, and project design. Sales experience is a plus.  

Position Overview: 

  • Role: Construction Sales Representatives 

  • Type: Full-time 

  • Compensation: Base salary plus generous commission, supplemental insurance, PTO 

  • Training: In-house and industry-partnered training resources 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Inspect and document homes for estimates 

  • Meet with homeowners to discuss and sign project agreements 

  • Handle retail sales for remodels and new construction 

  • Create estimates and measure home projects 

  • Engage in marketing and lead generation 

  • Work with Project Manager and keep costs under budget 

Ideal Candidate: 

  • Driven, energetic, and independent 

  • Comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions 

  • Able to climb ladders 

  • Reliable transportation 

  • Smartphone 

  • Construction experience
