Sales & Catering Coordinator
The Home 2 Suites & Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Area Beaver Valley are searching for a Sales & Catering Coordinator to support the Sales Manager on campus. This role is responsible for soliciting, selling, and detailing small group and meeting business. The Sales & Catering Coordinator plays a key role in helping achieve the hotel’s revenue and occupancy goals. and is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented hospitality professional looking to grow in hotel sales and events.
Responsibilities include:
Support Sales Manager with daily activities
Prepare contracts, proposals, and event documentation
Create and maintain Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
Coordinate event details with Food & Beverage and Operations teams
Communicate with clients and assist with site visits
Maintain accurate sales and event records
Qualifications:
Hospitality, sales, events, or customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; hotel systems a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Schedule may include evenings or weekends based on event needs.
