Sales Associate

We’re looking for a driven and personable Outside Sales Associate to join our hotel team! In this role, you’ll build relationships with local businesses, travel planners, and event organizers to generate new bookings and grow revenue.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and develop new corporate, group, and event accounts

• Conduct in-person sales calls and client visits

• Promote guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel services

• Negotiate rates and contracts to close deals

• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads

• Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure exceptional guest experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of sales experience (hospitality preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Reliable transportation for local travel
