We are hiring advisors who want to build something meaningful — whether you are an emerging producer with high upside or an experienced advisor ready for a better platform.
This is not a transactional insurance sales role. It is a long-term advisory career with ownership, mentorship, and real income potential.
What You’ll Do-
Build trusted advisory relationships with employers and Iowa school districts

Lead discovery conversations around benefits strategy and cost containment

Present funding solutions including level-funded, self-funded, and RBP models

Develop new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting

Grow and manage your own book of business
