Sales Activator

 

Position Summary

The Sales Activator grows Red Bull’s in-store presence across Large Format retailers (and select Small Format stores) by executing world-class merchandising, strengthening retailer relationships, and securing new distribution points in both cold and ambient spaces.


Key Responsibilities

·         Execute Red Bull’s Perfect Store standards across all placements, displays, and POS materials.

·         Increase product availability by securing new cold and ambient placements and maintaining full, clean, and rotated shelves.

·         Conduct regular store surveys (cooler audits, KPI checks, placement conditions, etc.).

·         Build strong relationships with store decision-makers and present fact-based selling solutions.

·         Use market data and category insights to identify opportunities and drive execution.

·         Achieve monthly KPI goals through new placements and high-quality merchandising.

·         Support monthly planning cycles and contribute to team/Company goals.

·         Ensure effective communication with distribution teams and support promotional and in-store activation plans.

·         Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

·         21+ years old with a valid U.S. driver's license (obtainable DOT medical card required).

·         Sales, account management, or DSD experience preferred.

·         Ability to lift and transport up to 25 lbs.

·         Strong relationship-building, communication, and execution skills.

·         Must be able to read and write the English language.
