Pathways to Life, Inc. is seeking a dedicated SAIOP Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and leadership to our Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP) for both adolescents and adults. This is a meaningful opportunity to support high-quality, person-centered care while guiding a team of committed professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical oversight and supervision for SAIOP services in compliance with Medicaid Clinical Coverage Policy 8A and ASAM Level 2.1 & 2.5 criteria

Be on-site at least 4 hours per week to observe services, support staff, and maintain a strong clinical presence

Ensure accurate and timely treatment planning and documentation

Lead clinical supervision and mentor staff in evidence-based models such as CBT, Matrix Model, IMR, and 12-Step Facilitation

Monitor service delivery metrics and ensure program integrity

Serve as a liaison between the program and LME/MCOs, regulatory agencies, and internal leadership

Support group programming across morning, afternoon, and evening schedules

Assist with quality assurance, audits, and staff performance review
Requirements:

Active LCAS and/or CCS license in good standing with the NC Addictions Specialist Professional Practice Board (required)

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience OR 3 years of clinical experience in substance use disorder treatment

Strong knowledge of ASAM criteria, Medicaid documentation, and evidence-based treatment models

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Familiarity with SAIOP requirements and ability to support both adolescent and adult populations

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and meet physical requirements including driving and completing CPR/NCI+ if required
