Commercial Roofing Field Manager/Technician

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Roof Technician!

Job Description:

• Perform roof inspections (ladder access required as well as drone operation)
• Perform minor roof repairs for TPO, EPDM, Shingles, etc. (Training to be provided)
• Ability to help with pre-planning roofing projects (Typical projects = Condos, Apartment bldgs., strip malls, etc)
• Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and oversee all aspects of the build process (Safety, Quality, Schedule)
• Assist with coordinating misc. vendors for projects (ie dumpsters, material deliveries, etc).
• Ability to effectively communicate with Property Owners and tenants onsite
• Perform misc. interior repairs associated with roof leaks

Beneficial prior accreditation but not required:

• OSHA Fall Protection training
• United Rentals-Manlift and Forklift Certification
• HAAG training

Salary:

• Salary Position: $60,840 annually for an average 45 hours/week (training/probationary period = 60 days)
• Overtime calculated as 1.5x for any hours worked over 180 hours in a 4-week period
