What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise weekend nursing staff to ensure consistent quality of care

  • Serve as a clinical resource and support to staff, residents, and families

  • Monitor compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations

  • Make independent nursing decisions and provide on-site leadership in urgent situations

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment across all departments

  • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and leadership

What You’ll Need:

  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida

  • Current CPR certification (must remain active throughout employment)

  • Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, long-term care standards, and SNF regulations

  • Proven leadership and supervisory ability in a healthcare setting

  • Ability to lift 60–70 lbs. frequently and remain on your feet during the shift

  • Flexibility and commitment to meeting the needs of residents and families

  • Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic medical records

  • Excellent communication, follow-through, and time management skills

  • Ability to maintain a positive, professional demeanor and build strong interpersonal relationships
