Weekend RN Supervisor – Skilled Nursing Facility (North Miami, FL)

Schedule:

• Saturday & Sunday
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• (Baylor schedule – two 16-hour shifts count as full-time pay)

Overview:

We’re seeking a dependable and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee clinical operations and ensure quality resident care during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing facility in North Miami, FL.

The ideal candidate is confident in leadership, skilled in managing clinical teams, and able to maintain strong communication with staff, residents, and families.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff across assigned units
• Oversee resident care delivery and ensure compliance with facility and state standards
• Respond promptly to resident or staff issues, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and department heads as needed
• Promote a safe and positive work environment

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Florida (required)
• Previous experience as an RN Supervisor in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong clinical assessment and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
