Currently seeking skilled and driven Registered Nurse as Unit Manager to welcome our ever-growing team!
Position Summary: The Registered Nurse Unit Manager will work, together with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families, as well as create and maintain great employee relationships among staff.

Day in the Life / Expectations:
- Providing patient care to residents
- Complies with state and Federal Regulations.
- Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- Valid state license(s)
- Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable transportation
