RN or LPN for role of Executive Director

JOIN VITALITY LIVING AS AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR!

Vitality Living of Sebeka is seeking an RN/LPN for the role of “Executive Director”.  The successful candidate will partner with the regional consultants to ensure residents and staff are living and developing.  Candidates will assume accountability to ensure the execution of Vitality’s core values as well as to set and achieve goals for this location.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Either an RN or LPN License.

• Successful completion of Vitality’s general and department orientation program.

• Must be willing to become licensed with the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Assisted Living Director, and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure.

• Must have a valid drivers license.

• At least 3 years experience in related field preferred.
