RN/LVN Day Shift - Flint, Tx. 75762

MVP Pediatric Home Health is hiring RNs and LVNs to assist with patient treatment and rehabilitation by performing nursing procedures outlined in the patient's care plan. The nurse will participate in assessment planning, implementation, and evaluation of all patient care in collaboration with the clinical supervisor and all other agencies and physician offices involved in patient care. 

Pt is a 9 month old female.  DX: Downs Syndrom.  No  trach or vent.  Pt requires G-button feeds and meds. 

Family is seeking nursing care Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm.

• Qualified candidates will possess:

• Current Nursing License in Texas (RN or LVN)

• Current Texas driver's license.

• Self-motivator and require little supervision

• Proof of current and agency-accepted CPR.
