Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patients, LPN RN

• Provide wound care and tracheostomy care, LPN RN

• Collect specimens and monitor intake/output RNLPN CNA

• Assist with ADLs and patient supervision, LPN, CNA

• Communicate with providers and respond to emergencies, RN LPN

• Supervise CNAs and maintain narcotic logs, RN LPN

RequirementsActive LPN CNA license1+ year facility-based experienceAmerican Heart Association BLSCOVID vaccinePPD within 12 monthsMMR and Varicella VaccineAbility to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and bend without restrictions
