RN Case Manager

Full Time

Duties:

• Responsibilities include- managing the day-to-day needs of residents; ensure residents are treated with respect, dignity and ensure quality care. 
• Responsible for the monitoring of the day to day duties of the direct care staff. 
• Possess the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
• Compassion and drive to meet the ever changing needs of our residents and families.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Registered Nurse License and in good standing with the state of South Dakota or compact state
• Preferred experience in Healthcare Geriatrics
• Prior management experience in Assisted Living desired
• Experience with budget compliance.
• Knowledge of computer and word processing software are required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and state regulations for Assisted Living.
• Ability to effectively communicate, understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• CPR Certification required
