Shifts: 7:00am-7:00pm

Days: Rotating schedule – (Week 1: M / T / S / S – Week 2: W / TH / F - Repeated)

Weekends: every other weekend

Location: 5837 Lyons View Pike, Knoxville TN 37919

Compensation: RN: $62,400-68,640 per year in base pay ($30 - $33/hour)

LPN: $54,080 - $60,320 per year in base pay ($26 - $29/hour)

PLUS, SHIFT DIFF + PICK UP BONUS.

Differentials: $2-$3 depending on shift and day of week

Sign on Bonus (Full-time): RN $3,000   NIGHT SHIFT $5,000

Sign on Bonus (Full-time): - LPN $ 3,000

Your Role in the Organization

The primary purpose of the job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Qualifications: 

·         Must have a valid unencumbered nursing license. 

·         Must have valid CPR/BLS certification or be willing to obtain during orientation. 

·         Valid RN/LPN license in the state of TN.

·         Essential Elements of your Job

·         Lead and support all functions related to quality care for our residences.

·         Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants. 

·         Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.

·         Complete processes and paperwork related to Admission, transfer, and discharge of our residents. 

·         Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians Order Form. Transcribe physician's orders to resident charts, medication records treatment/care plans, as required.

·         Chart nurse's notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.
