Position: RN House Supervisor

Shift:  10:00am - 6:30pm

Status:  Full Time

Location:  Health Center

This position is scheduled 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Monday - Friday  

As the House Supervisor, you will provide overall supervision for the nursing and resident care activities on first shift. In addition, this position is responsible for maintaining adequate staffing requirements and directs, encourages, and guides employees to assure that their duties and responsibilities are fully carried out. This position will also have the independence to exercise judgement for various administrative decisions and carry out a variety of related administrative responsibilities in accordance with Stonehill Communities policies and established standards of care.

 Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of a professional course of study in nursing and attainment of Iowa RN license
• At least 3-5 years of previous nursing experience in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred
• Must be able to ascribe to the values of Stonehill's Mission, Vision, and Values
• Effective verbal and written communication skills plus effective organizational skills are necessary.
