Physical Therapist PRN Home Visits

We are seeking Physical Therapists with Adult or Pediatric experience to provide skilled therapy for home care patients in Baltimore County and the surrounding region. You have the flexibility to pick what areas you would like to service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer physical therapy to pediatric patients in the privacy of their homes.
• Assess patients and develop a plan of care
• Work with the patient and their caregivers to carry out the therapy plan.
• Report progress or areas of concern to patients' healthcare team

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must provide valid and current automobile liability insurance
• Must provide a current CPR card
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Maryland State Physical Therapist License (Required)
• Two years experience in an outpatient or hospital setting
• Home Healthcare experience is preferred
• Experience with the pediatric population (Required)
• The ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and lifting of patients is required

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
