Early Stage Collector/Risk Management

At Landings Credit Union, collections is about helping people - not just collecting payments. We're looking for a full-time, in-office Early Stage Collector/Risk Management who brings empathy, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills to every member interaction. 

What You'll Do

• Contact members via phone, email, and mail regarding past-due accounts 
• Understand each member's situation and offer personalized repayment solutions 
• Educate members to help them regain financial confidence 
• Maintain accurate account notes and documentation
• Monitor delinquency trends and escalate when needed 
• Collaborate with internal teams to support member success

What You Bring

• Experience in collections, lending, or financial services preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• A genuine desire to help people

Schedule 

• Full-time, in-office | Monday -  Friday
• 8 hours shifts 
• No weekends or holidays
