Returned Merchandise Specialist
Summary:
This position is responsible for entering & processing product returns and providing high- level customer service.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Enter, process and refund customer product returns submitted through various channels
Provide high-level customer service in all interactions with a goal for first contact resolution
Coordinate shipping return labels for parcel & LTL shipments
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma, or GED equivalent needed.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills a must.
Proficient with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook.

Mon-Fri, Day Shift

Working Conditions:
Job will include periods of standing, walking, reaching, stooping/kneeling, and bending. Stair climbing and walking on uneven surfaces will also be present. Long periods of sitting & computer screen usage required. May be subject to eyestrain. Constant use of hand/arms due to computer data entry duties. Large percentage of time will be on the phone, listening to and assisting customers.
