Retail Specialist

Retail Specialists are needed to staff the Madison Mallards Team Store on game days. Candidates must be friendly, outgoing, and willing to assist guests in finding the merchandise they are looking for.

Responsibilities include:

• Sort, price, stock, and arrange team merchandise.
• Use the Square point of sale system to sell team merchandise to customers, including processing payments.
• Become an expert on store products.
• Provide high-quality customer service to store guests.
• Follow cash handling procedures.
• Conduct assigned tasks efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy.

Retail Specialists are hired on a part-time, seasonal basis for the Madison Mallards and Madison Softball seasons. A typical season runs from mid-May to mid-August. Scheduled hours are usually late-afternoon/evening, including weekdays and weekends. The minimum age to work as a Retail Specialist is 14 years.
