The Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Rebel at Willowbend Mall—engaging guests, sharing our brand story, and helping customers find the perfect gear that makes them look and feel unstoppable.

What You’ll Do

🛍️ Engage With Passion

📦 Restock & Reimagine
Take inventory, organize merchandise, and help the space sparkle. Keep shelves full and floors flawless.

💬 Advise & Assist
Help customers find the right fits, styles, and looks—whether they’re seasoned athletes or first-time Rebels.

💳 Ring It Up Right
Operate the sales register with accuracy and a smile. Track receipts, manage payments, and update customer loyalty accounts.

🎨 Support the Sparkle
Assist with store visuals, displays, trade shows, and in-store events.

🤝 Team Up
Collaborate with your crew to create a seamless, standout customer experience.

Who You Are

✨ Previous retail or sales experience (bonus if you’ve worked in apparel)
✨ Energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly—you’re the kind of person people remember
✨ Comfortable chatting with customers and guiding them through the store
✨ Knowledge of the Rebel brand is a plus—but curiosity to learn is even better
✨ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
✨ Able to work independently and as part of a high-energy team
✨ Basic computer skills (POS systems, Microsoft Office, customer tracking tools)

Working Conditions

This is an active, on-your-feet role that includes evenings, weekends, and peak retail hours. Must be able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs and maintain a clean, functional retail space.
