Introduction:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Retail personnel to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests. The Retail Specialists is responsible for greeting our customers and guiding them through a successful customer experience.   

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Offer tastings to customers and make recommendations when appropriate and fill their order in a timely manner.

• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

• Assist with filling online, phone-in, e-mailed and wholesale orders.

• Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management.

• Maintain cleanliness of the facility.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, welcoming and able to comfortably communicate with customers.

• Complete mathematics as required in the sales process (make change, etc.)

• Self-motivated to seek out complete required work with a positive attitude
