Retail Associate

Job Description:

We are looking to add a full-time staff member to our sales team! We need someone who is motivated, reliable, knowledgeable and can bring a positive energy to the workplace! Teamwork and excellent customer service are imperative to the success of our business. A retail associate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to performing opening and closing duties, assisting customers with firearm and accessory sales, checking in guests on the range, and helping with on and off site event execution. Previous sales experience and firearms knowledge is preferred. Please review job requirements and employee benefits below! 

Job Requirements: 

- Customer Service highly preferred

- General knowledge of firearms highly preferred

- Positive attitude and ability to work with a team

- Attention to detail (forms, background checks)

- Comfortable with a computer and Google Suite

- Ability to pass a background check
