Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the operations of Tonight & Tomorrow Restaurant within our hotel. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure consistent service standards across all venues. 
Key Responsibilities
  •  Assist the Restaurant Manager enhance guest experiences by interacting with guests, addressing guest needs and resolving issues or problems.
  •        Be the liaison between the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager on staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experiences.
  •        Ordering front of house items and maintains inventory for Tonight & Tomorrow.
  •         Take inventory of silverware, glassware and linens for Tonight & Tomorrow on the first of each month.
  •         Ensure Front of House staff is in compliance with their TABC and Food Handler’s Certification.
  •        Review OpenTable for reservations and discuss the floorplan with the Host staff.
  •         Enter all booked private events into OpenTable and ensure accurate reservations information.
  •         As well anything else that is assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hotel or restaurant industry preferred. 
  •        Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  •        Ability to multitask and oversee multiple outlets efficiently.
  •        Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to leadership.
  •        Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
