Restaurant Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the operations of Tonight & Tomorrow Restaurant within our hotel. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure consistent service standards across all venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager enhance guest experiences by interacting with guests, addressing guest needs and resolving issues or problems.
- Be the liaison between the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager on staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experiences.
- Ordering front of house items and maintains inventory for Tonight & Tomorrow.
- Take inventory of silverware, glassware and linens for Tonight & Tomorrow on the first of each month.
- Ensure Front of House staff is in compliance with their TABC and Food Handler’s Certification.
- Review OpenTable for reservations and discuss the floorplan with the Host staff.
- Enter all booked private events into OpenTable and ensure accurate reservations information.
- As well anything else that is assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hotel or restaurant industry preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and oversee multiple outlets efficiently.
- Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach to leadership.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
