Getting the Job Done:
· Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous and genuine hospitality
· Enthusiastically greets all guests, warmly engages and promptly completes the guest’s order.
· Anticipates guest’s needs and offers services prior to the guest asking.
- Maintain current knowledge of all menu items, being able to answer any questions about ingredients, preparation, etc.
- Quickly and efficiently serve guests, adhering to all food safety and sanitation requirements.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the floor staff during service times
- Ensuring excellent customer service to all of our guests from the service staff
- Assisting the Food & Beverage Director with FOH scheduling, ordering and inventory
- Training new employees to uphold Hilton Service Standards
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures for front and back of house staff
Applicants should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and good communication skills. Ability to handle high volume is a must. Flexible schedule and weekends are required.
