Restaurant/Banquets Bartender

Job Summary

We are looking for bartenders to join our team! They must demonstrate the highest level of service to ensure the best experience for our Guests.

Responsibilities 

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest

• Provide excellent customer services

• Memorizing the menu

• Make suggestions based on their preferences

• Take and serve drinks orders

• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of drinks when necessary (30 lbs)

• Delivering a memorable experience by resolving all customer issues promptly

• Up-sell when appropriate

• Deliver checks and collect payments 

• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle and count money

• Cooperate and communicate with all serving staff

• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines 

• Maintain cleanliness throughout bar, dining room and restaurant to company standards

• Communicate clearly with all guests to ensure excellent guest service

• Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate

• Able to work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be 21 years old or older

Pay Range

$18.00 - 20.00 per hour + tips

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Experience: Bartending experience preferred.

• Prior hospitality experience preferred.

• Customer Service experience preferred.

• Knowledge of health department standards of food sanitation and safety practices.

• Good communication skills in English are required.
