Restaurant Manager
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee the operation of our restaurant's kitchen. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring that all customer service is upheld to the highest standards, managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Maintain quality control for all food served
- Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customers experience
- Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
- Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
- Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
- Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume
workload
