As a Manager at Takko, it’s up to you among other tasks to:

• Know ALL positions and be able to jump in to effectively assistant where needed 
• Know our menu and culture
• Effectively recruit, train, and manage employees
• Help customers with questions or request and/ or complaints
• Deliver excellent customer service in every circumstance.
• Ensure Health and Safety Regulations
• Scheduling
• Inventory
• Control Labor
• Oversee day-to day operations with suppliers 
• Set policies and procedures to be enforced
• Maintain budget and optimize expenses
