The ideal candidate to become the newest member of the Arbor Place Team is someone who finds value in putting their best effort in doing their job well. This includes having the ability and drive to complete tasks in a timely manner, with accuracy and completeness, as well as being an active member of a multi-disciplinary team to support a client and their family in early recovery. It is also very important to be able to contribute to a healthy workplace culture.
As a Residential Treatment Worker, the work you will perform is essential in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for healing. This will include such tasks as routine monitoring, administering medications, greeting new clients and conducting procedural intake tasks to start their treatment services. The ideal candidate is patient, kind, a quick learner, and willing to be a team player with all who are providing care for our clients. All required training is provided. Experience working at a Community Based residential facility (CBRF) is desired, but not required. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license is required. This is a part-time position with an average of three shifts per week, including every other weekend.
