Now, we’re seeking a Residential Services Director to help lead that future.
Position: Residential Services DirectorStarting Salary: $75,000 - $80,000
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Grand Traverse Pavilions – Traverse City, MI
As the Residential Services Director, you will oversee the operations of our Assisted and Independent Living programs, ensuring our tenants receive personalized, engaging, and dignified care and support.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou’ll guide the daily operations and long-term planning of our residential services by:

Leading the development and implementation of policies and programming that enhance the quality of services.

Monitoring the health and functional status of tenants to support appropriate transitions or service modifications.

Supporting tenants in identifying and meeting personal goals and needs.

Overseeing a robust calendar of social and wellness programs that foster independence, connection, and community engagement.

Maximizing participation in our Personal Care Services Program.

Preparing and submitting reports on occupancy, service quality, and program outcomes.

Driving occupancy by conducting tours and managing the leasing of all apartments.

Ensuring tenant and family satisfaction through responsive, person-centered service.

Exploring and recommending opportunities for revenue growth and innovation.

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of training and experience) in healthcare, human services, or a related field.

A background in a healthcare or residential environment strongly preferred.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
