Residential Security Technician

As our business grows, Cabco is seeking a Residential Security Technician to work out of Bridgewater. A self-starter with a passion for technology, you are comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a collaborative, goal-oriented atmosphere. You have a reputation for being reliable, customer focused and approach your daily work in an efficient, highly organized manner. The Cabco main office is located in Dartmouth, but this role will serve the Bridgewater area.

What you will be doing:
- Installation of telephone, internet, security and cable television connectivity for residential and commercial customers
- Installing cameras/doorbell cameras, security panels, window and door sensors, smoke and CO detectors
- Representing our Carrier services partner in a professional, courteous manner
Your qualifications:
- A valid drivers license
- Bondable
- Experience is not required as we are looking for people who are interested in a career in the telecommunications industry and will train, however previous exposure to internet, telephone, security, cabling or IT environments would be considered an asset
- Post-secondary education (including new graduate) in a relevant program or related work experience.
