Implement individualized behavior strategies, de-escalation techniques, and crisis interventions aligned with treatment goals.

Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive residential environment.

Document daily service notes, critical incidents, and behavioral observations in compliance with agency and NC standards.

Participate in team meetings, treatment planning, and discharge planning.

Travel occasionally for appointments, school meetings, and community activities.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Experience working with children/adolescents with mental health, developmental, or substance abuse challenges preferred.

Knowledge of trauma-focused principles, behavior management, and crisis intervention.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Flexible, resilient, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand, walk, and actively engage with youth.
