Job Description:

We're on the hunt for a Part-Time Residential Cleaning Technician to join our crew. Cleaning in Folsom, El Dorado Hills and surrounding areas. This role is perfect for someone seeking extra income.

● Recurring Daytime Residential Cleaning

● Daytime Move Out Cleans of empty homes

Currently, we are looking for part-time applicants, but we are growing rapidly, so there is opportunity for more hours. You MUST meet the following requirements. Please DO NOT apply if you do not meet them.

● 1+ year Professional Cleaning Experience (not just your house)

● Reliable transportation to arrive on time to work

● A friendly and great attitude

● Strong work ethic

● Legal authorization to work in the United States of America

● Willing to undergo a criminal background check

● Strong attention to detail—we’re talking “spotless”, not just “good enough.”

Key Responsibilities:

● Perform general cleaning tasks: restrooms, kitchens, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.

● Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces to maintain a healthy environment.

● Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste

● Operate and maintain cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

● Previous experience in residential cleaning is REQUIRED.

● Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

● Reliable transportation to commute to various job sites.

● Ability to work efficiently, manage time effectively, and handle physical tasks, including:

● Walking up and down stairs.

● Handling and operating cleaning equipment.

● Lifting items up to 30 pounds.
