The Lodge at Natchez Trace is looking for the next all-star Resident Programming (Activities) Assistant to play a critical role in resident services. A sparkling, outgoing personality is key in delivering activities and programming to the community residents. From on-site clubs and activities to off-site lunches and shopping - you'll be in the middle of it all!
As the Resident Programming (Activities) Assistant, you will:
- Accompany residents on scheduled outings or to various appointments.
- Participate in the development of monthly engagement calendars and daily engagement schedules with the Memory Care community.
- Create engagement for residents based on their preferences, experiences, and lifelong interests.
- Participate in planning special events, parties, and larger events for the entire community, in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Director and other leadership team members.
- Facilitate the completion of resident life journals.
