The Lodge at Natchez Trace is looking for the next all-star Resident Programming (Activities) Assistant to play a critical role in resident services. A sparkling, outgoing personality is key in delivering activities and programming to the community residents. From on-site clubs and activities to off-site lunches and shopping - you'll be in the middle of it all!

As the Resident Programming (Activities) Assistant, you will:


  • Accompany residents on scheduled outings or to various appointments.
  • Participate in the development of monthly engagement calendars and daily engagement schedules with the Memory Care community.
  • Create engagement for residents based on their preferences, experiences, and lifelong interests.
  • Participate in planning special events, parties, and larger events for the entire community, in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Director and other leadership team members.
  • Facilitate the completion of resident life journals.
  • And much more!


If you are at least 18 years old, have at least 1 year of experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care, and have proficient computer skills to include MS Office products, The Lodge at Natchez Trace is the right place for your next career! Apply today for first consideration.


Experience

Required

  • At least 1 year: Alzheimer's and Dementia Work Experience
