Resident Care Coordinator
RCC resident care coordinator is an LPN/RN who has superior nursing knowledge. This position requires a strong unique person who is able to adapt at a moment’s notice to any situation including those of high stress. The LPN/RN that holds this position must have the ability to be positive in all things with the ability to manage our behavioral unit successfully. As the RCC you will report directly to our Facilities Administrator, DON. Must have exceptional communication skills and be able to operate consistently in a timely manner to adhere to deadlines that must be kept. Must have exceptional documentation skills.

- Medication Med Pass Supervision-Supervise CMTs
- Turn List
- Diet Changes
- Physicians Orders/Telephones
- Weekly Check Off on Crash Carts
- Nurses Stations Compliance
- Infection Control w/DON
- Monthly/Quarterly Assessments
- RCC rounds
- Monthly Medication room & Med Cart Checks
- Resident personal Items
- CNA Care plans
It is your duty to supervise the floor Nurses, CMT's, CNA's, and Hall Monitors to ensure the safety and security of the residents and the integrity of your units. You will assist in training these employee's to the point they are capable and confidently completing all necessary paperwork for the units. Assist with orientation sessions for new employees at the direction of your DON.
