Resident Assistant – Overnight NOC Shift (11PM–7AM)

Are you a calm, caring presence who thrives in the quiet of the night? We’re looking for a dependable Resident Assistant to join our overnight team and ensure a safe, supportive environment for our residents while the world sleeps.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate support and supervision to residents overnight
• Conduct routine safety checks and respond to needs as they arise
• Document nightly observations and ensure a peaceful, respectful environment
• Collaborate with on-call staff for any urgent issues
• Prepare for morning transitions and help set up a positive start to each day

What We’re Looking For:

• A dependable night owl with a calm demeanor
• Experience in caregiving, support work, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay alert and proactive during overnight hours
