Job Responsibilities:
As a Pharmacist, you will:
💊 Ensure Safe Dispensing – Accurately compound and dispense medications as prescribed, following state and federal regulations.
📦 Manage Inventory – Order, purchase, and maintain appropriate stock levels of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and drugs.
📁 Maintain Records – Keep thorough and compliant records, including pharmacy files, patient profiles, inventory, and billing systems.
🏷 Oversee Pharmaceutical Procedures – Plan, implement, and maintain procedures for mixing, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals to ensure safety and accuracy.
📝 Adapt as Needed – Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the Director of Pharmacy.
Qualifications:
✔ Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
✔ Current and valid pharmacist license in the State of Wisconsin.
✔ Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmaceutical regulations.
✔ Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
✔ Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
✔ A commitment to patient safety, accuracy, and compassionate care.
