Golf Reservation Sales Agent
Job description: Looking
for a full-time Golf sales reservations agent.
In this position you will be comfortable with incoming and outgoing
calls that contribute to the sales growth and profitability of the company. The
primary responsibility is to capture as many reservations, golf packages, and
guest data as possible; by utilizing selling techniques effectively through
inbound, outbound, and email. The ideal candidate is courteous, reliable,
self-motivated and detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task.
Full Time
Shift 8:00AM to 10:00 PM
$14.00-$15.00/hr.

Job responsibilities:
· Be respectful/ patient when taking calls
· Effectively listen and identify customer needs to offer the appropriate reservation
· Contribute to the sales goals of the company
· Capture reservations and golf packages in an efficient manner
· Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
Requirements:
· Must be able to work weekends, and holidays
· General knowledge of golf or area courses would be a plus but not necessary if they are willing to learn
· Basic computer skills with a typing speed of at least 32 wpm
· Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
· Would like someone with sales or customer service experience. If you don't have the experience, we are willing to train the right candidate
· Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
· Proficient in Excel
