Job description

 As the reservations sales agent you will be comfortable with incoming and outgoing calls that contribute to the sales growth and profitability of the company. 

Job Responsibilities

• Greet all guests according to company standards
• Be respectful/ patient when taking calls
• Effectively listen and identify customer needs to offer the appropriate reservation
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards

Requirements

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings up to 11 pm, weekends, and holidays
• Must be prompt and reliable
• Would like someone with sales or customer service experience. If you don't have the experience, we are willing to train the right candidate
