Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

JM Test Systems is seeking a dynamic Rental Director to lead our rental service line, drive growth, and ensure profitability across multiple locations. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic plans, optimize fleet assets, and lead a high-performing team to achieve bottom-line success.

• Growth & Profitability: Drive revenue and profit margin targets, maximize fleet utilization, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Rental Operations: Oversee efficient, consistent rental operations, develop standardized processes, and monitor KPIs such as fleet availability and on-time deliveries.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, cultivating a results-driven culture and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Customer Satisfaction & Market Expansion: Foster excellent service and expand market share through new opportunities and customer retention strategies.

• Fleet Management & Asset Utilization: Manage fleet procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle, using data analytics to optimize asset utilization and minimize downtime.

• Strategy Development: Develop long-term strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging technology and industry insights to maintain a competitive edge.

• Experience:

  • 10+ years in the rental industry, with at least 5 years in a management role.

  • Proven experience managing technical equipment, rental software, and analytics.

  • Strong background in revenue growth, market expansion, customer relations, and financial analysis.
