Call Center Customer Care Representative

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year of call center experience (sales or customer service)
  • Must have your own computer (desktop or laptop) - but NO CHROMEBOOKS, Ipads/Tablets OR Macbooks
  • Must have a wired USB headset with microphone
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Experience with data entry and word-processing is required
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced position with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must possess basic computer knowledge
  • Team oriented with a positive, “can do†attitude
  • Fluent in writing, reading & speaking English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 Monitors/Screens- required for some projects
  • Two years or more experience in a call center environment (sales or customer service)
  • Bi-Lingual (English + Spanish, or Other)
  • Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM, DialPad is a definite plus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers daily
  • Being on-time each day
  • Providing customer service with empathy and care
  • Ensure client needs are met

Salary: Up to $12.00 per hour

  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability
