Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst 

(Part Time-BCBA)

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Part-Time
Hours of Operation: Flexible schedule within business hours (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Saturday 8am-2pm).

Hourly Range: $37.00 – $53.00 hourly, depending on experience, credentials, bilingual ability, and clinical leadership responsibilities.This salary range is provided in compliance with California pay transparency laws.


Position Summary

Behavioral Momentum Services (BMS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. The BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services delivered via Telehealth.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, report writing, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, training and supervising RBTs and BCBA interns, providing caregiver guidance, and consulting monthly with program managers regarding their AHFA adult clients—all within a collaborative and supportive virtual environment.


The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining active engagement with our multidisciplinary team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver ABA therapy oversight and supervision via Telehealth for clients with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental conditions
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop data-driven, individualized treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs, behavior technicians, and BCBA interns
  • Conduct parent/caregiver training and provide guidance for skill generalization in home and community settings
  • Review session notes, progress reports, and treatment documentation for accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate closely with clinical leadership and administrative staff to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with all BACB, HIPAA, and company policies
  • Participate in regular virtual team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities
  • Maintain a minimum of 25-30 billable hours per week (combination of supervision, parent training, and report writing) 1 hours a week of non-billable hours per week
  • Perform other clinical duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB)
  • Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, Behavioral Science, Human Development, Social Work, or a related field
  • Demonstrated competence in behavior management, instructional design, written and verbal communication, and professional collaboration
  • Minimum of 1 year of BCBA experience implementing ABA interventions, designing individualized treatment programs, and training caregivers or staff
  • Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, and/or SAVVY Assessment
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Telehealth platforms, electronic data collection, and digital documentation (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines remotely
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance at all times
  • Energetic, coachable, and professional demeanor
  • Must pass a background check
  • Reliable internet connection and private workspace

  • Must pass a background check and any required fingerprinting (Live Scan)
  • Ability to work within the organization’s hours of operation
