Relief Auditor/PM Guest Services Agent - Grande Shores Resort 

** up to $16/hr

Job description - Front desk agents welcome all guests upon their arrival with a smiling face and friendly attitude. The night auditor will complete normal front desk duties such as; answering phones, making/canceling reservations, checking guests in/ out, taking payments, and helping resolve any guest concerns. The front desk personnel is often the first point of contact for our guests, a friendly welcome is a must. Communicating overnight events to morning staff is essential for a smooth transition.

  • Two overnight shifts  11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Sunday and Monday | Additional three shifts included for full-time position
  • Availability to cover audit shifts for vacations and special requests off

Job Responsibilities -

-         Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs

-         Register, take payments, and assign keys to guests

-         Inform guests of the amenities and services available to them

-         Inform customers of availability and rates

-         Communicate with other departments to meet guest requests

-         Handles any guest issues or complaints, using appropriate service recovery methods

-         Work with the corresponding departments to resolve any property or guest issues

-         Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards

-         Communicate with the morning staff to inform them of any task to be completed or updates

Requirements -

-         Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

-         Previous experience is preferred but not required

-         Able to work for complete overnight shifts independently

-         Ability to perform computer-based tasks

-         Ability to work independently

-         Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as positive body language
