Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the PCU.

• Monitor and manage patients with complex medical conditions, including cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical cases.

• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments safely and accurately.

• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Active RN License 

• 1 Year Minimum Experience in the PCU, within the past 3 years.

• BLS/ACLS

• Quanteferon within one year

• Covid Vaccine or Exemption

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.

• BLS and ACLS certification required
