Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Surgery Center (Full-time)

We are seeking a full-time dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our high-volume, single-specialty outpatient surgery center. In this role, you will play an integral part in providing safe, efficient, and patient-centered care throughout the surgical experience.

Ideal candidates will have experience in Pre-Operative, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), or Operating Room (OR) settings, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a desire to grow in a surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Prepare patients for surgery, including assessments, IV starts, and pre-op teaching

·        Provide post-operative recovery care and monitor for complications

·        Circulate and/or scrub during surgical procedures (if experienced)

·        Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

·        Deliver outstanding patient service with professionalism and empathy

Schedule:

·        Monday - Friday: 10-hour shifts, One day off Monday - Friday

·        No weekends, evenings, holidays, or on-call requirements
